This delicious dish is the perfect start for date night or that highly anticipated dinner party. It tastes as good as it looks and is very simple to prepare. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 4-6oz Sushi Grade Salmon

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • Eggroll or Wonton Wrappers

  • 1 Red Chili Pepper

  • 4 Green onions/ Scallions

  • 2-3 Tbl Spoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 1-2 Tbl Spoons Sriracha

  • 3-4 Tbl Spoons Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

  • Cut Eggroll/wonton wrappers into triangles. Add them to an air fryer or baking sheet. Spray with oil and then bake/air fry for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. You can always cook an extra few mins to get them extra crispy. Lightly salt once you take them out.

  • Cut Sushi Grade Salmon into bite size pieces and add it to a bowl. In that bowl also add sliced scallions (about 2 tbl sp), chopped red chillies (about 1-2 tbl sp) and sesame seeds (only tiny bit) around 1 tea spoon. Also add Soy Sauce (2-3 tbl sp), Sriracha (1-2 tbl sp) and mix it all in the bowl so the flavors all combine together.

  • Remove skin from half avocado and cut into cubes.

  • Add Avocado cubes to a chilled martini glass or serving bowl. Then Pile on our salmon mixture on top of the avocado. Top everything off with some sliced scallion, red chili slices and sprinkle of sesame seeds.

  • Take your wonton chip and scoop us some salmon for the perfect bite! Hope you enjoy
