FEATURED RECIPE
Shalom Peeps! This week we're making Chia Seed Pudding! It is one of my favorite breakfasts to make and it only takes 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
1/2 - 1 Cup of Almond Milk
1/3 - 1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt
1/3 Cup Dry Oatmeal
3-4 Tbl Spoons of Chia Seeds
3-4 Tbl Spoons of Honey
1 - 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
1 Tbl Spoon Peanut Butter
Instructions:
Throw all ingredients in mixing bowl
Mix thoroughly
Ration into individual jars
Place jars in fridge and let it chill overnight
