This dessert will not kill your gains I swear. This is the easiest dessert that any shmohawk can make and it’s unbelievably delicious. All it takes is two ingredients and some patience to impress at your homemade dinner for two.

This dessert is Keto and Vegan friendly depending on the Protein Powder you use.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut Cream (2-3 cans)

  • Protein Powder (Good Tasting, Preferably chocolate but doesn't matter) (1 to 2 scoops)

Instructions:

Open your can of coconut cream and leave in fridge overnight so the cream separates from liquid. 

For Mousse Texture:

  • Add Cream only to a bowl plus 2 scoops of protein Powder ( 1 can of cream to 1 scoop off protein). For a mousse texture use a hand mixer or whisk and whip it on high for 15 minutes.

  • Once stiff peaks form like whipped cream add it to a bowl and top it off with berries or sliced strawberries.

For Ice Cream Texture:

  • Toss ingredients in a blender on high for 1 minutes then add it to large freezer container. Press Plastic Wrap against the cream to a large freezer-safe bowl or container (like loaf pan) and use a spoon to smooth it out on top

  • Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight. Take it out for 5 to 10 minutes before scooping to soften up- a hot spoon or scooper also helps.
